Yep.  Food that is naturally colored green, meat, potatoes (I’m from Minnesota, after all), fruit that isn’t sweetened – things I consider “real” food. Real food that has been a scarcity as of late.

Don’t be alarmed!  I’m not on a radical diet or a fast.  Quite the contrary.  I’m deep in recipe testing for Frosted and something has to give to keep the old waste line in check. The give happens to be by way of sidelining balanced meals and I’m left with lots of treats that while delicious get old when not supplemented by vegetables, proteins and starches.  Tough life, I know.
